Blackboard - Disable Collaboration Server

Changes to Application/Web Server bb-config.properties

bbconfig.collaboration.run.on.localhost=false

Stopping tomcat from running in the Collaboration Server

cd /usr/local/blackboard/tools/admin
./ServiceController.sh services.appserver stop
